What Cercha does, by the job you need done

You need enough detail to decide who is worth a conversation. Look at the work, the service area, and who has worked together.

Search by trade, ZIP code, and radius. Result cards show a member’s trades, location, service radius, distance, and years of experience. An Available label is a reason to ask about dates. Confirm the actual start and capacity directly.

Browse a photo-led Gallery with company names and short work captions. Use the photos to identify work like your project. Ask what the member handled before treating a photo as proof of the whole job.

A profile brings together the company, contact person, trades, service area, description, and years of experience. The portfolio holds named projects with photos. Subs and crews can show the work they want a builder to review before talking scope.

Prepare your construction portfolio.

Use direct in-app Messages to start a conversation. Ask about the job location, scope, timing, and the person responsible. Keep the final agreement in the documents you use for that job.

Request an endorsement from a builder or a sub you have worked with. The request identifies the company, city and state, jobs completed together, and notes. Confirmed endorsements appear as Builder Endorsements and Sub Endorsements on the profile.

Read that context and ask about comparable work. An endorsement does not establish a committed start or payment terms.

Profiles and Search results can show Licensed · GC, Workers’ Comp, and Liability badges. Keep the app’s disclosure beside those badges:

Coverage information may not reflect changes reported within the last 30 days; verify directly with the employer or insurer.

Check the license with the board responsible for that trade. For a North Carolina GC, use the official license lookup. Confirm insurance directly with the insurer. Use the workers’ compensation by state research to prepare the questions you take to the responsible agency or adviser.

Read why a credential badge is not verification.

Building supplier profiles list carried brands alongside the company description and contact person. Use that context to start a material conversation. Confirm the specific product, stock, quote, and delivery timing directly with the supplier.

The observed beta supports discovery, work presentation, endorsements, and direct messaging. Arrange bidding, contracts, scheduling, payments, and material orders directly with the other business. Photos, badges, and endorsements each answer part of your review.

Ask the Cercha team about pricing, the invitation steps, and member privacy rules before accepting access.

Use Search to find a trade contact and the Gallery and Portfolio to review comparable work. Endorsements add the context of jobs completed together. Use Messages to ask about your scope, then confirm credentials and job terms directly.
